Return Policy

Effective January 1, 2026

1. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. The return window begins on the date your order is marked delivered, not the date it was placed.

2. Eligibility

Most items are eligible for return in unused, original condition. Some items — including custom and made-to-order furniture — are final sale and are not eligible for return except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Eligibility is shown on each product page.

3. Reporting Damage or Defects

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within the return window and include a photo of the damage. This allows us to process your claim quickly and, where applicable, cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Large and Freight Items

Large pieces shipped by freight require a scheduled pickup for return rather than a standard shipping label. Our team will coordinate pickup once your return is approved.

5. How Returns Are Processed

Change-of-mind returns on standard (non-freight) items are typically approved automatically. Damage, defect, and freight-item returns are reviewed by our team, generally within 1–2 business days. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds include original shipping charges only when the return is due to a defect or shipping damage.

6. Custom Orders and Cancellations

Because custom furniture is produced specifically for you, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified more than 48 hours after the order is placed. See our Terms of Service for full details.

7. Warranty

Separately from returns, all furniture is covered by our 5-year structural warranty. Covers the frame and joinery against defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. Does not cover finish, polish or upholstery wear, damage from misuse or unauthorised modification, or commercial use unless agreed in writing.
