1. Who We Are

woodencarvora.com is operated by Amina Enterprises, trading as WoodenCarvora, a business registered in India (GSTIN 09AFYPA9118G1Z2, UDYAM-UP-64-0015263), with its registered office at 12/1201-A, Green Park, Eid Gah Road, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Amina Enterprises.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing woodencarvora.com or placing an order on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are set in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. If you choose to view prices in another currency, the amount shown is converted from the INR price at our current exchange rate and your order is charged in that currency; your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion fees.

We make every effort to display products, dimensions, finishes and prices accurately. Because our furniture is made by hand from natural wood, grain, colour and minor dimensions may vary slightly from the photographs. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions; if an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch and offer a full refund if you prefer to cancel.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details. All orders are subject to availability.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order from your account at any time before it moves into production or dispatch, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Custom and made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you and cannot be cancelled more than 48 hours after the order is placed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines, charges and international shipping terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Unpacking, placement and any assembly are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Returns and Warranty

Standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Custom orders are final sale except in the case of manufacturing defects or transit damage. All furniture carries our 5-year structural warranty. Covers the frame and joinery against defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. Does not cover finish, polish or upholstery wear, damage from misuse or unauthorised modification, or commercial use unless agreed in writing. Full details are in our Return Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, photography, text and the WoodenCarvora name and logo, belongs to Amina Enterprises or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amina Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
