Teak Wood Round Hand-Carved TV Stand

A teak wood round hand-carved tv stand built to order in solid teak in our Saharanpur workshop. Retro-style TV stand crafted from FAS-grade oak wood with a thick solid-wood top, rounded edges, and door fronts showcasing intricate hand-carved floral reliefs in a warm vintage-brown finish; classic solid-wood feet for stability. Finished in warm vintage-brown hue, with the grain left where you can see it. Teak carries its own oils, which is why it takes heat, damp and years of use better than anything else we work with. Boards are picked for grain and strength, then planed, cut and fitted by hand. Every surface is sanded through the grades until it is smooth to the hand, not just to the eye. The frame is squared and checked before the finish goes on, and again after. We finish by hand, wiping back between coats, so the surface still feels like wood. It measures 60 x 16 x 20 in (152 x 41 x 51 cm) and weighs about 30.0 kg.
